Meredith Dunaway teaches Music at St. Rose of Lima, in grades PK – 8. She also leads our band and directs our incredible plays and concerts. Mrs. Dunaway teaches music not only to give the students a creative outlet or teach them to sing, dance, or play an instrument, but also because music helps develop other areas like language, reasoning, memorization, coordination, emotional development, self - discipline, confidence, public speaking/performing, and more!

Mrs. Dunaway earned her B.A. in Music Education with an emphasis in Vocal Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University. Her experience includes many Fine Arts activities including choir, band, drama, musical theatre, and teaching private lessons at Brenham ISD, St. Paul's Christian Day School, St. Mark Lutheran, and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.

Mrs. Dunaway has performed in musical productions around Houston. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
