Coach McDonald is the Athletic Director at St. Rose of Lima Catholic School, where he leverages his extensive background in sports and education to lead a dynamic athletic program. He is passionate about creating a positive and nurturing environment that emphasizes character development, teamwork, and academic success alongside athletic excellence.

Coach Mcdonald earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Sports Management. With a strong foundation in program coordination and sports management, he has held various roles in Sport Administration.

Dedicated to coaching youth, Coach Mcdonald strives to help students grow, learn, and have fun in their athletic pursuits. He believes in teaching principles through sports that extend beyond the playing field, preparing students to become responsible, disciplined, and engaged members of the community.

In his free time, Coach Mcdoanld enjoys coaching, traveling, playing basketball, and being with his family. He is excited to lead the athletic program at St. Rose of Lima Catholic School and contribute to the school's mission of academic and personal excellence.
