Katherine Naeher

Mrs. Naeher is the Assistant Principal at St. Rose of Lima Catholic School. She maintains a Christ-centered approach while integrating her passions for guiding and mentoring students and teachers, partnering for staff development, instructional leadership, curriculum development, and assisting with day-to-day school operations, finances, and admissions. She values and respects parent and community partnership and has adopted this partnership as an integral part of her professional philosophy.
Mrs. Naeher earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Oklahoma State University. She is completing her Masters degree in Educational Leadership from University of North Texas Toulouse Graduate School. Previously, Mrs. Naeher has worked within the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston as a teacher, department team leader, and an athletic coach for ten years. She has held classroom educator roles varying from middle school instruction to elementary instruction and physical education. She has worked with students on accommodations as a learning advisor. Additionally, she was a parent volunteer while staying home with her children for eleven years. Mrs. Naeher is passionate about Catholic education and the importance of our Catholic Identity.
Mrs. Naeher is married with two children. Her son graduated from St. Thomas High School and is attending the University of Tennessee, and her daughter is at The Woodlands Christian Academy. Mrs. Naeher enjoys pottering around her home, watching her children's sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
